Sports betting seminar

ALA has organized the seminar "sports betting" in Dakar, Senegal from the 2^nd to the 4^th of November 2015. This seminar knew a participation of more than 21 lotteries including 12 lotteries members and more than 70 participants.

The Association was able to benefit from the experience and the expertise of leading experts including Mr. Thierry PUJOL, Integrity Manager in the FDJ and Chairman of the Committee ‘security and risk management’ of the WLA..

In parallel of the seminar, an official ceremony was held to award the National Lottery Senegalese the ISO27001 and WLA certificates in the presence of senior officials of the country including the special adviser to the Prime Minister of Senegal. On this occasion, Mr. Thierry PUJOL, in his capacity as chair of the WLA security committee, has as a duty and a pleasure to present the WLA certificate to the General Manager of LONASE.

In addition, the executive committee of ALA which met in its session of November 5^th, 2015, decided unanimously, in recognition of his rendered services, to co-opt Mr. Thierry PUJOL as an honorary member of that association.
