The GLMS Association (Global Lottery Monitoring System) newly created at the initiative of the World Lottery Association (WLA) and the Association of European Lotteries (EL), held its first constituent general meeting 21st of January 2015 in Brussels.
 

Global System fraud monitoring in sport bets (GLSM) has as a mission to preserve the integrity of sport against threats from match-fixing and manipulation of all sports competitions in the world. The institution has 30 global lotteries including the French Gaming, the Singapore Pools and Lottery Company of western Switzerland. It works in close collaboration with leading international sports associations such as FIFA, UEFA or the International Olympic Committee.

To protect the integrity of sporting competitions, GLMS interventions will focus on the monitoring and reporting of irregularities and fraud. This major mission is executed through the establishment of an information system and services provided by Sportradar, the world leader in this field, allowing addressing all markets at the international level.

Mr. Younes El MECHRAFI, General Manager of the Moroccan Games and Sports and Secretary General of African Lotteries Association (ALA) was elected Executive Committee member and Secretary General of GLMS (Global Lottery Monitoring System).
 

In addition to its Secretary General Younes El MECHRAFI, the executive committee of GLMS consists of six other members, including Mr. Friedrich Stickler, EL and GLMS President and Mr. Thierry Pujol, Risk Management and Security director of the French Games. The executive committee is elected for a period of 2 years
